All are welcome to join us for our annual COA & BTM Sukkot Festival! Meet cute and cuddly farm animals, then have fun building edible sukkahs, preparing traditional Moroccan marzipan-stuffed dates, and decorating gourds. We will have pickling and herb gardening activities for teens and adults. The event will take place indoors.
We will serve garden herb-inspired snacks, bagels, and Karma coffee.
Registration is required for security and planning purposes and is free.
If you intend to join us, registration for families with children is required here, and teens and adults without children must register here by Thursday, September 24 at 11:59 pm. Supply fees for the pickling and herb garden workshops must be paid online when you sign up for those events. Please note that attendance is limited for these activities due to limited supplies.
Donations are welcome here. We cannot accept fees or donations on Sunday due to the holiday, but we encourage donations to offset expenses.
For teens and adults:
- 10:00-11:00 am or 11:00 am-noon (choose one option): Vegetable Pickling Workshop with Rabbi Emily ($15 supply fee)
- 10:00-11:00 am: Herb Gardening for the Home Gardener, talk by master gardener Barbara M.
- 11:00 am-noon: Make Your Own Indoor Herb Garden Workshop with master gardener Barbara Boykin ($15 supply fee)
For children:
- 9:30-10:30 am: Indoor Petting Zoo
- 10:30 am-noon: Edible Crafts
