| B’nai Torah MetroWest and Congregation Or Atid’s annual Women’s Seder, in April 2025, was centered around an immigration theme and led beautifully by Rabbi Emily. Guest speaker Sarah Leacu, Housing and Community Engagement Specialist at Jewish Family Service of Metrowest, shared the agency’s work with newly immigrated families, and we were honored to be joined by one of their clients, who shared her family’s journey. Seder participants used the HIAS Haggadah and enjoyed delicious sweet and savory dishes and drinks from a wide variety of traditions. Thank you to all who made the Seder such a meaningful afternoon—and to the cooks, bakers, set-up and clean-up crews, and donors who contributed to our collection for JFS! |
