BTM is pleased to be a member of J-LOFT a shared space for Jewish teens in grades 8-12, from six MetroWest synagogues. J-LOFT’s mission is to connect and empower Jewish teens through meaningful opportunities for relevant learning, personal growth, relationship building, and social action. Students participate in a variety of classes, courses, and programs (known as tracks), offered by a team of local clergy members and educators. Program-wide, social events take place monthly and provide community for Jewish teens.
Students participate in social justice learning experiences such as L’taken Social Justice Seminars where they lobby in Washington, D.C., travel to Israel with HiBur, and most recently, they performed a week of community service in New Orleans.
