Join Congregation B’nai Torah MetroWest and Cantor Kate Judd for a warm, welcoming, tuneful Friday night service to greet Shabbat. This hour-long service will include songs and prayers from the Kabbalat Shabbat and the Arvit (Evening) service. Because our hearts are focused on the war in Israel and Gaza, we will offer special prayers and songs for peace in the region, for the Israeli people, and for the soldiers. Cantor Kate’s brief davar (sermon) will recall her time in Israel and some of what she learned there.
